? c. fresh flat-leaf parsley
3 tbsp. water
4 raw bratwursts
4 hot dog buns
In a medium bowl, toss together prepared sauerkraut and chopped parsley.
Heat water in a large skillet and add raw bratwursts. Cook, covered, until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Uncover and cook, turning, until golden brown, 5 minutes more. Serve brats in buns and topped with Parsleyed Sauerkraut.
